Our Mission Statement
Our mission is to honor the memory of our beloved brother & son Cooper, by empowering student athletes and underprivileged youth in St. Johns County.
Through scholarships and charitable donations, we strive to provide access to educational and athletic opportunities, fostering growth, resilience, and hope for the future.
But most importantly, reminding everyone, to “PLAY LIKE COOP”.

The Cooper Lyles Foundation is proud to partner with West Augustine Youth Development for a special event supporting the addition of lacrosse to their youth sports program.
DATE: Saturday, January 10th, 2026
LOCATION: Solomon Calhoun Turf Field
TIME: See Schedule of Events
COST: $250 per Team entry
ADMISSION: All kids are FREE, Recommended $5 donation for Adults
Food Truck will be on site
All proceeds raised will go directly toward the purchase of essential lacrosse equipment, helping ensure every child has the opportunity to play, learn, and grow through the sport. Because every child deserves a chance to play.
